What is IMSO?

The International Mathematics and Science Olympiad (IMSO) is a prestigious annual competition for primary school students (aged ≤13) that promotes academic excellence in STEM fields while fostering international friendship through education.

IMSO Rationale

It has been generally acknowledged that education determines the quality of human resources. Primary schools, as a part of basic education, provide students with skills of reading, writing, arithmetic, and basic science among others. A program which could stimulate creativity, develop critical and analytical thinking is important to be provided to students at the primary school level as they are in the "golden period of education".

To implement this program, IMSO Committee Board is organize this competition with the help the country which become a local organizer. The participation is by invitation.
